Best Chest Workout Routine
Looking for the best chest workout routine can be a bit frustrating because they are all different. A workout will be different if you want to learn how to get rid of man boobs or if you want to increase bench press. Chest exercises vary depending on what part of you pecs you want to work. For an upper chest workout you will want to do everything on an inclined bench. For a lower chest workout you will do all of your chest workouts on a declined bench. I provide you with free workout routines and a chest workout at home that you can do.
Killer Chest Workout
One of the best home chest workouts you can do is push-ups. But not just normal push-ups, you need a sweet workout routine that will get great results. That’s why you should try 7 minutes in hell with push-ups. You simply do 30 push-ups each minute for 7 minutes. The only trick is that you can’t do more than 30 in any minute. If you’ve ever wanted to know how to increase bench press or how to lose man boobs, this is the chest exercise for you! This will tighten your chest so much you won’t believe the results that you will get.
Dumbbell Chest Press
I recommend always using dumbbells for chest presses instead of the straight bar. The bar just puts extra stress on the shoulders and doesn’t allow them to move in their natural range of motion. You need to be able to do just as weight with dumbbell chest presses as you can with the bar, so if you can’t it’s time that you catch up. Bodybuilding workout routines might call for heavy weight with the bar, but you can get great strength gains using dumbbells.
