Best Workout Routine
Here at How to Lose Fat Build Muscle we have written on workouts that range from shoulder, bicep, tricep and ab workout routines. The fact of the matter is that the best workout routine possible is one that is going to incorporate all the muscle groups and keep them guessing so they don’t know what is coming. Bodybuilder are the only ones that should be at the gym lifting a certain number of sets reps everyday and repeating their workout routines month after month. You need to keep you workouts very random. Yes you might even train the same muscle two days in a row. I’m not saying you should do a full body workout everyday but I am saying to make your workouts involve exercises that require more than just one muscle i.e. bicep curls. Get rid of those small movements and do more exercises that require more than one muscle to complete. Like squatting with a ball in your hands so you can throw it up high against the wall at the top of your squat. This way you are working your legs, butt, arms and shoulders all with one exercise. This type of training gets results! Yes it is very tiring and difficult but you can finish a great workout in 15 minutes doing it this way. Don’t stick to doing 10 to 15 reps everyday either. Some days you might do 100 reps of something and the next might only be 4. Switch things way up and you get results you have never dreamed of getting. This isn’t just a normal gym workout routine it’s a new way of training. Instead of jogging for 30 minutes or an hour why don’t you try sprinting for 1 minute? You will be surprised the way your body will start to look when you try to switch things up like this. Grab a heavy medicine ball and throw it against the wall on your left as hard as you can a few times and then throw it against the wall on your right a few times and you will have done a great oblique workout. The best ab workout routine will be something that is new to you and will get you better results than just doing crunches all day long. I’m sure you have seen the movie 300 about the Spartans. The 300 workout routine followed this exact mentality of mixing things up and keeping your body guessing everyday.
