			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Have you ever wanted bigger arms?  Most guys wonder what workouts to get bigger arms exist and then they automatically think of doing lots of bicep workouts to make their arms huge.  Well, I have some bad news for you if you love working out your biceps.  The way to get huge arms is by doing <a title="tricep exercises" href="http://howtolosefatbuildmuscle.com/best-tricep-exercises/">tricep exercises</a> not by doing biceps.</p>
<p>I once heard a coach say that &#8220;curls are for girls&#8221; and there is some truth in that.  Don&#8217;t get me wrong, you need to do bicep curls every once in a while to keep a little ball on the front of your arm but if you are wondering how to get bigger arms you have to look to triceps.  Here we will look at some of the <a title="best tricep exercises" href="http://howtolosefatbuildmuscle.com/best-tricep-exercises/">best tricep exercises</a> to add mass to your arms.</p>
<p>The kickback is a great tricep exercise that many guys feel is a girly workout.  Well, I will tell you that doing kickbacks will add more inches to your arms than any type of bicep exercise.</p>

Many workout programs don&#8217;t even include bicep curls anymore because the biceps get a good enough workout from doing pull-ups and other pulling movements.
